I’m James

Product design lead and creative creative coder/ prototyper with 14 years of design experience. Currently working as a Senior UI Designer at Nationwide Building Society.

I am a user-centred designer and an advocate for accessibility and inclusivity. I want products that work for everyone. I enjoy the designing around user needs, business requirements and technology restraints whilst utilising design thinking. I am a design system creator, advocate and thinker. I am a creative at heart who enjoys the subtle details and the bigger picture.

In my spare time enjoy learning and experimenting with graphic design, illustration, creative development and photography. I am also renovating my home around having a young family and trying to get outside for a run.
